  • Agent and legal fees

  • Bank charges and VAT

  • For real estate: share purchase and any project-specific charges

We will give you a written total before submission and update it if official schedules change. (We track IMA circulars and fee bulletins so you do not have to.)

Process and timeline

  • Pre-check: quick screening and document list
  • KYC and application pack: compile and certify documents
  • Government due diligence: background checks and review
  • Approval: make the qualifying contribution or real estate payment
  • Oath and passport: issuance and delivery

We target several months end to end, but due diligence drives timing. We update you at every gate.

Eligibility

  • Primary applicant 18 plus, of good character

  • Eligible dependents may include spouse, children under defined age bands, and other family members such as parents, grandparents and siblings per current policy

  • Certain nationalities may be ineligible or restricted under IMA notices. We will confirm status against the latest circular before onboarding.

E-2 via Grenada

Becoming a Grenadian citizen can make you eligible to apply for the United States E-2 investor visa. E-2 is a non-immigrant category for investors who will actively run a US business. Each case is reviewed by US authorities. We will introduce you to experienced US counsel and coordinate the process.
